Today is a holiday. Enjoy it. Don't stress about anything. Food, traffic, people. I know it's difficult but when you stress over things it means they win. And you can choose to rise above and just smile and enjoy the day despite the stresses. Enjoy the time with family and friends. Enjoy the food. Indulge a bit. You can get back on track tomorrow. Eat to taste and celebrate. Don't eat because you're bored or distracted. But eat to celebrate and know you can get back to the "norm" tomorrow. Have the confidence in yourself.
It's a short one today because I have a long day of snuggling my boys! And cooking! :) I am making a honey glazed roast chicken and a carrot lemon risotto with veggies. Here are the recipes.
